Freedom From Smoking® Group Clinics
- The American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smokingâ course
is a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking and transitioning to a smoke-free
lifestyle.

FREE course includes eight small group classes over seven weeks
- Classes are held regularly at convenient locations throughout the region.
- Classes are led by Valley Health staff members who are American Lung Association
certified facilitators.

Although the group clinics have been shown to be the most effective approach,
Valley Health can also provide one-on-one sessions; either by phone or
in person, using the American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking®
Self-Help Guide.
