Maintenance Medication Enrollment for Valley Health Employees and their
Dependents
Valley Pharmacy provides a 90-day medication program for its members and
offers home delivery of those medications with NO shipping and handling
fees for standard delivery. You may receive up to a 90-day supply of most
medications delivered to you by mail, or you may opt to pick up your prescriptions
from our location at Winchester Medical Center in
Medical Office Building 2.
Enrollment
To obtain your prescriptions by mail you will need to set up a method of
payment. Valley Pharmacy accepts all major credit cards. To have your
medications filled by Valley Pharmacy please do one of the following:

Provide Member and Payment information and handling instructions via telephone
at 540-536-8899 or toll free at 1-800-662-1315 (Monday-Friday 8:30am-8:30pm,
Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm, & Sunday 9:00am-1:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm)
Prescription Refills
Once we begin filling your prescriptions, you may order refills by phone
during business hours. For your convenience, our automated system is available
24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may also order refills online at
valleyhealthlink.com/valleypharmacy or our mobile application
RefillPro.
We ask that you provide us with a minimum of three business days to process
your prescriptions. Your prescriptions will be placed in the mail within
three business days. Please allow sufficient time for the postal service
to deliver your medications by calling your refills in ahead of time.
