Valley Health Helps Patients Manage Diabetes and Live Well
Living with diabetes requires constant vigilance, a great deal of education,
and a patient’s willingness to participate in his or her own health.
With pro-active lifestyle changes, patients have the ability to prevent
or delay the complications that arise from diabetes and hyperglycemia.
Valley Health’s diabetes educators, dietitians, and nurses can provide
the education and support to help people manage their own disease on a
daily basis. This puts patients in control again, allowing them to lead
healthy and fulfilled lives while managing their disease.
20+ Years’ Recognition by the American Diabetes Association
At Valley Health, we take our patients’ support seriously. That’s
why we have designed a fully-compliant and robust diabetes management
