Everybody was great from from beginning to end.
I trust Dr. Essaff and his staff.
Dr Essaff was very concerned and certainly sped up the process for seeing the surgeon which a date has already been given. I will be back soon! Thank you!
I feel " Safe" in the care of Dr. Essaff. I haven't had this security since I was diagnosed over a decade ago with my neck issues. He gave me Hope instead of Fear.
Very professional I appreciated the help and support
    Always excellent and professional services.
I received excellent care from Dr. Essaff and his staff. Dr. Essaff took a lot of time talking with me. He and the staff were respectful. The exam room was very clean.
From the time he entered the room, to the time we parted I felt at ease. He explained everything that he wanted to do and answered all my questions , I understood what was going on and what was needed. He was very thoughtful and nice and understood my hesitation with things. He talked me thru to where I wasn't nervous at all. By The time I left, I felt at ease and hopeful that all would be fine and I would be taken care of. I really like this provider and his staff.
    Great team of professionals.
Very impressed with the doctor, he made me feel like he was really trying to help me! Looking forward to being treated by this Clinic. Felt like they really cared about their patients.
I was told to go to this doctor to get a CT scan!!! When I got there all he did was talk to me. then said I had to go back to front royal to get a CT scan and gave me a number to call. It was a wasted trip. Now I have to wait til the end of July to get some help for my problem. I am in pain and was hoping to get some help sooner
I really was very impressed with Dr. Essaff very nice made me feel Very comfortable.
As usual, the service, professionalism and knowledge were all A+
Everything went the way it should have. Everything was talked about as far as me problems. Enjoyed my time there.
He is an excellent doctor who listened to me and followed up efficiently.
He made me feei as if In was his only patients he had.
I feel like telemedicine lacks. I don't know how much you can see through the computer screen. Or how you can diagnose any problem without ever touching the patient.
Don't like talking on the phone and teleconferencing as opposed to seeing the Dr in person. (I realize though that it's not possible at this time).I'm sorry I just don't like teleconferencing period.
This was a telehealth appointment. My only problem was the audio connection was terrible. Made it very difficult to understand at times and could easily lead to miss understandings.
Everybody was super nice and very professional. Easy to talk to and appreciate a little humor as well
