Dr Essaff was very concerned and certainly sped up the process for seeing the surgeon which a date has already been given. I will be back soon! Thank you!

I feel " Safe" in the care of Dr. Essaff. I haven't had this security since I was diagnosed over a decade ago with my neck issues. He gave me Hope instead of Fear.

I received excellent care from Dr. Essaff and his staff. Dr. Essaff took a lot of time talking with me. He and the staff were respectful. The exam room was very clean.

From the time he entered the room, to the time we parted I felt at ease. He explained everything that he wanted to do and answered all my questions , I understood what was going on and what was needed. He was very thoughtful and nice and understood my hesitation with things. He talked me thru to where I wasn't nervous at all. By The time I left, I felt at ease and hopeful that all would be fine and I would be taken care of. I really like this provider and his staff.

I was told to go to this doctor to get a CT scan!!! When I got there all he did was talk to me. then said I had to go back to front royal to get a CT scan and gave me a number to call. It was a wasted trip. Now I have to wait til the end of July to get some help for my problem. I am in pain and was hoping to get some help sooner

I feel like telemedicine lacks. I don't know how much you can see through the computer screen. Or how you can diagnose any problem without ever touching the patient.
    23-Apr-2020
Don't like talking on the phone and teleconferencing as opposed to seeing the Dr in person. (I realize though that it's not possible at this time).I'm sorry I just don't like teleconferencing period.
    30-Mar-2020
This was a telehealth appointment. My only problem was the audio connection was terrible. Made it very difficult to understand at times and could easily lead to miss understandings.
    18-Mar-2020
Everybody was super nice and very professional. Easy to talk to and appreciate a little humor as well
